The hosting provider may process anonymized IP address, time, requested file, data volume, referrer, browser, and operating system in technical server logs for delivery, security, and error analysis. STRATO's project default retention is 60 days.

The app keeps journals, settings, and sanitized Azure metadata locally. It stores no passwords, tokens, client secrets, or device codes and does not automatically upload journals or concrete Azure identifiers.

At most once per calendar day the app retrieves the public version.json. It sends only the random pseudonymous installation_id and the local version as URL parameters. Only a successfully retrieved newer version starts the local 90-day deadline; network, DNS, TLS, or server failures alone never start it.

This website uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking; navigation state is stored only in the browser. Data-subject rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
