Configure the ArtSat source

NEOCPArtSat.exe configure --artsat-dir "E:\codex\artsat-observing"

The default path is E:\codex\artsat-observing. Report and status files are stored under %LOCALAPPDATA%\AmrumSoftware\NEOCPArtSat unless --data-dir is given.

Run

NEOCPArtSat.exe run
NEOCPArtSat.exe watch
NEOCPArtSat.exe status

run performs one scan. watch scans immediately and every 57 minutes while the process remains active.

Interpretation

At least three positions, a maximum residual of 60 arcseconds, RMS of at most 25 arcseconds and a matching motion interval are required for an orbit identity. Local orbits also require three positions observed after the saved orbit snapshot. Missing JPL coverage is inconclusive.
