Diese GitCheck-Seite ist die offizielle statische Programm- und Download-Webseite. Sie setzt keine eigenen Cookies ein, nutzt keine Analyse- oder Werbedienste und enthält keine Trackingfunktionen.
3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Beim Aufruf der statischen Download-Webseite verarbeitet der Webserver regelmäßig technische Verbindungsdaten, etwa IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, angeforderte Datei, übertragene Datenmenge, Referrer-URL, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem.
- Zweck: Bereitstellung der Website, technische Sicherheit, Fehleranalyse und Missbrauchserkennung
- Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO
- Empfänger: strato.de
- Speicherdauer: 60 Tage
- Die IP-Adresse wird von strato.de anonymisiert gespeichert.
4. Downloads
Beim Herunterladen des Setup-Pakets oder der Standalone-EXE fallen dieselben technischen Zugriffsdaten wie unter Ziffer 3 an.
5. GitCheck-App
Die App verarbeitet Repo-Liste, Berichtsdaten, Logs und Zustandsdateien lokal auf dem Windows-Rechner. GitCheck überträgt diese Daten nicht automatisch an den Anbieter.
6. Kontaktaufnahme
Wenn Sie per E-Mail oder auf dem Postweg Kontakt aufnehmen, werden Ihre Angaben zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für mögliche Anschlussfragen verarbeitet. Fehlerberichte können Pfade, Screenshots oder andere von Ihnen mitgesendete Informationen enthalten.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben nach Maßgabe der DSGVO insbesondere Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Widerspruch, Datenübertragbarkeit und Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde.

2. Official static website
This GitCheck page is the official static program and download website. It does not set its own cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services and contains no tracking functions.
3. Hosting and server logs
When the static download website is opened, the web server regularly processes technical connection data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

- The IP address is stored anonymized by strato.de.
4. Downloads
When downloading the setup package or standalone EXE, the same technical access data as described in section 3 is processed.
5. GitCheck app
The app processes the repository list, report data, logs and state files locally on the Windows computer. GitCheck does not automatically transfer this data to the provider.
6. Contact
If you contact us by email or postal mail, your information is processed to handle the request and possible follow-up questions. Error reports can contain paths, screenshots or other information that you include.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and complaint to a data protection supervisory authority.
