Public technical overview of access to the Minor Planet Center NEOCP and PCCP sources.
About this status
While idle, the watcher continues to check the MPC lists about once per minute. This public page is not a minute-by-minute live display.
The scheduled public status snapshot is refreshed at least every six hours. The page loads the snapshot when opened and then refreshes it every six hours. A detected outage or recovery may additionally be published sooner.
The status combines checks of the NEOCP list and the PCCP list. It does not replace the original Minor Planet Center pages.

Only aggregated technical values are published. Recipients, e-mail addresses, internal paths, logs, and administration data remain local.
Check and outage history
This public view provides the same functions as the local MPC availability view: time range selection, horizontal shifting, new objects, source checks, watcher activity, and outage periods can be examined together. Personal data, internal identifiers, fingerprints, processes, paths, and raw logs are not published.

Green and red dots are source checks. Blue lines mark newly detected objects; hover shows the designation and clicking opens the associated Project Pluto pseudo-MPEC. Pale-red areas mark gaps between recorded watcher sessions. Dark-red time bands show MPC outages during which the watcher kept running but NEOCP or PCCP was not fully reachable.
Times below the chart are axis labels and do not trigger additional checks. Hold the left mouse button to move the chart horizontally. At high density, checks in the same display column are condensed into one point; its hover text gives their count and result. Every check remains available in full in the downloads.
